renovations

in between university degrees.........studying, reading, gardening, making art and working full time - I do house renovations

My breakfast room - although tiny - took its time, but is now finished. One less room to renovate .............. I love white , worn out look, and old fashioned - I love roses- embroidery and pretty things.

My tiny tiny breakfast room is part of our tiny tiny house - light airy, magical and oh, so old fashioned.

Just wonderful!

Zaz;-)

I love it. It looks like I think I want my house to look. Then, however, I actually LOOK at my house (6 zillion books, 2 cats, one dog, etc etc etc) and there is no way I could achieve that spare whitewashed look, I still DO covet it though.

That looks such a tranquil beautiful room Sara. I can only dream... I live with too much boy clutter, muddy football boots, kit and equally muddy dog!
Hope your results from the first module were good.

I came across your blog because I call myself Zaz and I just googled the name for fun. My real name is NAN, but I wrote this fairy tale where all the people were real people, but I spelled their names backwards. "Tom", for exmaple, became "Mot". Anyway, "Nan" was "Nan" no matter how you spelled it, so I just tipped it on its side and it became Zaz. (I am a queen actually in the fairy tale.) But anyway, I just had to comment because the interesting thing is that I am an artist, too. I also teach art to children in the US. It is a lot of fun. I also LOVE your cat, and he is a great sculptor. Your house looks so perfect. You are very lucky to have such a beautiful place. Art on, Zaz!
